agencies referred to on the site. The homepage provides links to the
office of the President; Defence Forces, An Garda Siochana and the
Houses of Parliament. Companies Registration OfficeThis site allows free online "public
searching" for a unlimited
amount of detail and full access to the CRO database if an account holder.
The site outlines the procedure in the formation of a company the filing
and annual returns and other post incorporation requirements. Land RegistryThere are two systems for registering titles in Ireland. One is with
the Land Registry and the other is with the Registry of Deeds. The
Land Registry web site provides more detailed information on the systems
of registration and also allows on line applications to be submitted
with regard to those titles registered in the Land Registry. Revenue CommissionersThe Revenue Commissioners website provides comprehensive
details concerning the Revenue Commissioners role and functions.
There is also provision for making returns online through the Revenue

service (ROS). Details can also be found regarding stamp duty, capital
